1. Usage:

This machine is a kind of equipment, which implements static dusting for interior glass bulbs in Hid lamp product line.

Suitable glass bulbs: ED70, ED76, ED90, and ED120 specifications

2. Working principle:

This machine is24-position cub ring machine, the host machine rotation of which is controlled by brake motor and PLC. It is mainly constituted by drive system, dusting system, high pressure system, air passage, bake oven system, electric appliance system and so on. All movements including loading bulbs, baking, wind washing and static powder coating, are all finished by the machine automatically. The inner wall of bulb is coated evenly and firmly.
